Want to tone-up, get fit or reduce stress?

Here at Everybody's, our aerobics studio offers you a different type of workout experience.

You can choose from a variety of high energy, holistic, weight management, strength and conditioning classes. With a wide range of fitness classes available, ranging from relaxing yoga sessions to upbeat high energy zumba classes, there will always be something for you to enjoy.

If you're looking for a studio to hire for private events then our studio is available for just £15 per hour. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

We offer the following fitness classes:

Yoga
‘A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, includes controlled breathing, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Yoga is widely practised for health and relaxation’.
Our relaxing yoga class will help reduce stress and tension levels as well as loosen every muscle in your body; leaving you feeling totally relaxed both physically and mentally

Total Body Conditioning
A class combining aerobic conditioning with dynamic muscle sculpting exercises which work the whole body top to Bottom

Go Ballistic
Go Ballistic is one of our newest and fastest growing classes. The whole class is designed around using a stability ball to tone muscles. With arms, legs, abs and core muscles being targeted this class could be the one for you to tone your target areas

Zumba
‘An aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music’.
Do you want to get fit and have fun at the same time? If so this class is definitely the one for you!! With funky Latin dance music and fun dance moves Zumba takes the dull away from getting fit. With lots of laughs and a friendly atmosphere you won’t even realise you're taking part in exercise.  Zumba works the cardiovascular system as well as toning those all-important muscles.

Rebounding
Bounce yourself fit. A class on mini trampolines. The benefits include: high calorie burn of 400-600 calories, drains all toxins from the lymphatic system, gives great muscle tone, improves circulation and lowers cholesterol. 

STEP:
An upbeat class with powerfully motivating music the moves will get your mind going your heart pounding and by the end of your workout the calorie burn will be huge its an excellent cardiovascular workout and its great fun.
